"Globex" launched a mortgage program in Moscow and other regions. Mortgage loan is granted for the purchase of real estate in the secondary housing market in Moscow and Moscow region, St. Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod and Novosibirsk. The subject of pledge may be acquired or existing housing.
It said the credit institution, a credit of up to 85% of the appraised value of acquired real estate shall be granted for a term of 1 year to 15 years in rubles or dollars. Interest rate ranges from 11.75% per annum in rubles and 9.5% per annum in U.S. dollars, depending on the term loan amount and the method of confirming the borrower's income (reference 2-NDFL or free form).
Program provides an opportunity to repay the loan annuity (equal) or differentiated (decrease) payments. Repay the loan at the bank will be after 6 months without penalty and commissions.
Depositors, holders of payroll card bank Globex, as well as customers who have a positive credit history in the Bank "Globex" or other lending institutions, mortgage loans will be offered on concessional terms.
