Alfa-Bank has launched its own program of refinancing mortgage loans to other banks and companies offering their services as a mortgage broker. Alfa-Bank will refinance the loans to customers of other banks for a new program in rubles at the rate of 11% per annum in the U.S. at a rate of 9.9%, depending on the term loan. The maximum loan size is 500 thousand U.S., credit period - from 5 to 15 years.
Terms of refinanced loans Alfa Bank coincide with the Bank «Credit bail existing housing», so the funds borrowed from the bank, customers can spend on various targets, including the construction of the cottage, repair of an apartment, buying an apartment in a house built.
