Implementation of this program is made possible thanks to the introduction of a bank's own scoring system. The system is built on the optimum combination of several criteria for evaluating clients, which allows Promsvyazbank quickly decide on the granting of credit, and still maintain the quality of the loan portfolio.

From today, the credit will be issued in the ten departments of the bank in Moscow, and after a week - in any of the offices of Bank of Moscow and Moscow region. The program will be launched in the regional branches of the Bank in January 2006.
